The
Costa del Sol, Spain - July 31
All
sorts of fish can be found in the sea lapping Spain's
Costa del Sol-but the fish that interest Department
S is incredible, unusual, and of fantastic value. It's
a plastic fish, taken from the water by two men named
Cal and Thorn. The catch contains bundles of high denomination
American dollar bills. Now both men are dead, and it
soon becomes clear that each is the other mans killer.
