The whole of Britain's emergency services are put on
red alert when Greg Halliday, a crazed scientist, goes
on the run with a container of deadly liquid which could
potentially wipe out the entire population of London
at one time. Department S find themselves in a race
against the clock to find him before disaster strikes.
